[ioquake3] Urban Terror moves to a license of quake3

Thanks for the info. I actually went through the trouble of downloading the
latest version of rq3 and installing it. I installed it along with the Q3A
pak files (pak0.pk3 and up) in baseq3/. Not sure if it would work with
com_standalone set to 1 and without the pak files, but anyhow I got it
working. I was disappointed when I saw only 4 servers, and all were empty.
Connected to one of them but did not figure out how to join the game.
Yeah, _nobody_ will go through the trouble of downloading a mod that
requires Q3A paks to play these days, unfortunately.
When you release the new "opensource" version, please PM me. I'll be the
first to download and try it. I will likely start a server for it too. I
have plenty of server resources that are more idle than they ought to be.
Just PM me. When do you think this might happen? Looking forward to trying
it out on a full server.
