[ioquake3] new rpms and a Linux ppc installer

Hi,

I've activated openSUSE 11.1, Fedora 10 and Mandriva 2009 targets
for the rpm builds:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/lnussel:/ioquake3/

Finally it's also possible for me to use the build service to
automatically create Linux ppc installers, first one here:
http://ioquake3.org/files/angst/ioquake3-1.35_SVN1492-5.1.ppc.run

You probably need a fairly recent ppc distribution as the only ppc
target I can build for atm is openSUSE 11.1 which is pretty new too.
Nevertheless feedback welcome.

zakk: you may want to adapt the script that creates ioquake3-latest*
links to also include ppc.
