[ioquake3] ff3 vs bugzilla

Last I checked, ssl certs still cost an arm and a leg, and i.o's is
still made with glitter
and sparkle paint in my project maintainer's kindgergarten class. So
this isn't really
a bug, unless you enjoy having it marked WONTFIX ;)
