First place to start IMO, is working on getting it to compile. So for
that you'll need to edit the top level Makefile. There's already a
working (I assume) port to OpenBSD/i386, so you should go down and and
edit in the section "# SETUP AND BUILD -- OPENBSD" You may want to use
the section "# SETUP AND BUILD -- SunOS" as a loose reference since it
has sparc support (32 bit?)
That should get you started, as for the platform specific parts, someone
else should chime in on what you'll need to do.
