[ioquake3] Speed meter

I like your idea man but the ioq3 'devs's idea for ioquake3 is to only patch
it up, optimize it, make it as cross platform as possible, etc. Their goal
isn't to extend it by adding features, that's for other people to do /off/
of ioquake3. I'm not arguing against you or anything, it's just that I've
seen this situation time and time again (Look at the bugzilla for ioquake3
and you'll see what I mean) that I think it's best to just let you know
before the usual argument that entails.

Still, like I said, good thing to have around.
