[ioquake3] Sys_StringToSockaddr problem connecting to server

I will try four things when I get home tonight:

1. Download a pre-built ioquake3 bundle from ioquake3.org corresponding to
r1342, launch ioquake3 (to run Quake 3 Arena), and see if I can connect to
Quake 3 Arena servers using the in-game menu.
2. Use the pre-built ioquake3 binary from the download in step 1 to launch
Urban Terror 2.6 (specifying "+set fs_game q3ut2" on the command-line). See
if I can connect to server using in-game menu in Urban Terror.
3. Build a plain-vanilla ioquake3 binary from r1342; build this on my
Windows system, and test the Quake 3 Arena application again.
4. Use the self-built binary from step 3 to launch Urban Terror 2.6a, and
test connecting to a server from in-game menu.

Unfortunately I'm leaving for a few days very early tomorrow morning so I
will not be able to continue this discussion until I get back mid next
week. I will post my results tonight.
