[ioquake3] ALT+TAB on Linux

Well I found something that works:
I hit ALT+ENTER to go into windowed mode.
I hit ~ to open the console.
I hit ALT+TAB to tab over to my other windows (but the game stays in the
background - I can still see it on my desktop).
Must it be so tedious to go to my other applications? Well at least it
works.
