[ioquake3] ALT+TAB on Linux

Weird. Alt+Tab works on IRIX 6.5 (at least in window mode -- haven't tried
to Alt+Tab in fullscreen mode), so I don't think it is something specific to
ioquake3's code as such. Maybe it has something to do with SDL's fullscreen
code? Try running window mode and see if you can Alt+Tab then. If you can't,
then I'm not sure what the problem might be.
